Buying a new worktop can be challenging. After all, if the dimensions, colour, shape or style are not as expected, it can be an expensive mistake. At Top Worktops UK, we pride ourselves on working with you to achieve an outstanding result every time.

The easiest way to order is by placing an order online. To do this, visit the product page for your chosen worktop, select the quantity you need of the correct worktop size and click Add To Basket. You can then either continue shopping or go straight to the checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT, and you can pay by credit card, debit card or by PayPal.

At Top Worktops UK, we believe in passing the discounts we achieve through bulk buying to our customers, meaning that you can enjoy high quality, in-house manufactured worktops without the high prices.

We have an online-first approach to business, meaning that our facilities and utilities bills are minimised, allowing us to keep our prices competitive.

It can be hard to visualise what a worktop would look like in your kitchen or utility room based solely from an internet image, so we are delighted to be able to offer low-cost samples by post, allowing you to see exactly what the worktop will look like in your space.

The cost of the sample includes VAT and it will be refunded in full if you subsequently purchase a full size worktop.

The wood we use in all of our worktops comes from FSC certified forestry, meaning its environmental impact is minimised as much as possible while keeping quality high. We offer square edges as standard and other edge styles are available at an extra £10 per metre.

Where Do Top Worktops Source Their Wood From

Our wood worktops are sourced from FSC-certified forests which are managed to extremely high environmental standards, with respect for biodiversity and with timber being harvested responsibly. We take our sustainability credentials very seriously and always aim to deliver the highest quality products with the minimum environmental impact.

We deliver all across the UK mainland with flat-rate delivery charges per order rather than by weight or quantity. We aim for delivery to be within 7 working days; however, if you are on a tight schedule, please speak to our team today, and we will do our utmost to meet your timescales.

Where Top Worktops Deliver And How Long It Takes

We can usually deliver to postcodes within the London and Essex areas within 3 working days, due to their proximity to our London showroom. We aim to deliver to the rest of England and Wales within 5 working days and for Scotland, within 7 working days.

As explained in our Top Worktops delivery information, we will deliver to the nearest port for customers living in the UK outlying islands or Ireland.

Our Top Worktops returns policy offers a no-quibble 14-day return window in which you can notify us of your intent to return the worktop. We will provide a full refund, provided that the worktop is returned to us at your cost undamaged and in a sellable condition. If a worktop has arrived with you damaged, we will gladly arrange a replacement and fund the return of the damaged unit.

If you wish to exercise the Top Worktops returns policy, please contact our team in writing within 14 days, either using the model cancellation form on our website or by sending an email.

You may also cancel your order before it is fulfilled by contacting us in writing and expressing your desire to cancel the order. We will refund you in full within 14 days of your notification to cancel.

You can opt to have your worktop installed by a member of our team, simply contact us to book your installation, and as a benefit, enjoy a full year’s worktop warranty.

Alternatively, you can fit our worktops yourself or use a carpenter, joiner or builder of your choice to install them for you. We recommend oiling your new worktop once it is installed to protect it against stains and damp and, for the first month, to re-oil it weekly. After this point, regular cleaning with a damp cloth will suffice, with an oil top up every 6 months or so.
